The radio that is installed at your home or business is a 900mhz 12" square flat-panel antenna manufactured by a company called Tranzeo Wireless Technologies. It is a simple design that has a single cable coming out of it which goes inside to a power over ethernet (PoE) injector which then plugs into any ethernet-enabled PC or router. The radio purchase includes the PoE injector and flat panel, and installation includes all of the necessary cabling.

Pricing

The monthly recurring cost to receive Config.com Wireless Internet is $49.95. The radio costs $349.95, comes with a 3-year warranty, and is a one-time purchase required to get the service. At the time of installation, the installer must be given a check payable to Config.com for $399.90, which is the cost of the radio ($349.95) plus the amount of the first month ($49.95). If you wish to pay by credit card instead, please give the installer your credit card information so we can charge it when we perform the activation. There will be a separate charge for the actual installation itself which will cover the labor and materials for the installer. Since the amount of time and materials required for every installation is different, the installer will bill you directly for the installation with the typical cost being around $125 though it can be higher.
